What Are the Best Places to Eat at Super Nintendo World in Epic Universe?
Super Nintendo World at Universal Epic Universe has 4 dining locations: Toadstool Cafe (the only sit-down spot), Yoshi’s Snack Island, Turbo-Boost Treats, and The Bubbly Barrel. Toadstool Cafe entrees run around $14 to $25, while snacks and themed drinks at the other 3 stops fall in the $5 to $19 range. For families, this is one of the most fun food experiences in all of Epic Universe.
I took my daughter, Nikki and my 10-year-old grandson, Ben here in 2025, and we walked away grinning. Even better, the dining is part of the show. Every dish looks like it leapt straight out of a Nintendo cartridge.
This guide covers every menu, every must-try item, and what I would skip. As a result, your family can plan ahead, budget right, and avoid the hangry meltdowns that ruin a park day. For a wider look at the rest of Epic Universe, see our Epic Universe ultimate guide.

What Is on the Menu at Toadstool Cafe?
Toadstool Cafe is the only full restaurant inside Super Nintendo World. The menu features around 15 themed dishes including burgers, pasta, salads, and dramatic desserts, with entrees priced approximately $14 to $25. Per the official menu posted on Universal Orlando’s site, the Mario Burger runs around $16.99 and the showstopping Bowser’s Fireball Challenge costs about $24.99.
This is the spot where Ben lost his mind. Chef Toad himself appears on digital screens throughout the dining room, and clouds roll in as Bowser fires off Bombs from above. Within this atmosphere, the meal becomes part of the entertainment., the meal becomes part of the entertainment.

Must-Try Dishes at Toadstool Cafe
Here is what we ordered and what I would tell every family to grab. The Mario Burger (around $16.99) is a bacon, mushroom, and cheese masterpiece on a brioche bun with truffle French fries. In addition, the Bowser’s Fireball Challenge is a literal 1-pound meatball topped with mozzarella, served with a Bowser puff pastry and hot sauce on the side, for around $24.99.
For lighter eaters, the Toadstool Cheesy Garlic Knots run around $5.99, and the Piranha Plant Caprese is approximately $12.99. Best of all, the kids menu Mario Mini Burger Adventure Set comes in around $14.99 and includes a cheeseburger, truffle fries, corn, broccoli, and a coin cookie.

Use Mobile Order in the free Universal Orlando app and enter your table number. Your food gets delivered to you, no waiting in line. Ben thought this was real-life magic.
Best Toadstool Cafe Desserts for Families
The desserts at Toadstool Cafe are where the kitchen really shows off. The ? Block Tiramisu (around $9.99) is layered with coffee-soaked lady fingers and topped with a chocolate Power-Up. Even better, the Princess Peach’s Birthday Cake is approximately $24.99 and serves 3 to 4 people with star chocolates and a Princess Peach cookie on top.
For something different, try the Mt. Beanpole Cake at around $9.99. It is a chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry layered cake topped with matcha mousse. Nikki picked the Rosalina Cupcake (around $9.99), a blue velvet cupcake filled with blueberry cheesecake. In fact, every dessert here is photo-worthy before you take the first bite.
What Can You Get at Yoshi’s Snack Island?
Yoshi’s Snack Island is a tucked-away walk-up window at the base of Mount Beanpole in Donkey Kong Country. The menu is small and focused: 2 calzones and 2 smoothies, all priced from approximately $7.49 to $12.99. Per Universal Orlando, this is where Yoshi’s love of fruit takes center stage.
The Apple Melon Smoothie was the surprise winner for our family. It is one of the standout beverages in all of Super Nintendo World, and Ben begged for a second one. The Mango Smoothie has fresh chopped mango on top with real whipped cream.
For something savory, the Green Shell Calzone (around $12.99) is plant-based with vegan Italian sausage, while the Red Shell Calzone is the same price with pepperoni, sausage, cheese, and marinara. Best of all, they are shaped like Koopa Troopa shells straight out of the game and come in their own themed wrappers. The presentation alone makes them a hit with kids.
These were not my favorite, but Ben gobbled his right up. I tell families they are perfect for picky eaters or for kids who love pizza rolls or Hot Pockets. Think of them as Mario-themed kid food that doubles as a photo opportunity.
There is no seating at Yoshi’s Snack Island, so plan to walk and snack. Grab a smoothie before the Donkey Kong Mine-Cart Madness queue and you will thank me later.
How Much Are Snacks at Turbo-Boost Treats?
Turbo-Boost Treats sits right next to Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge and is the popcorn stop of Super Nintendo World. A standard cup of popcorn runs around $5.69, and souvenir refills are approximately $2.19, which is the same refill price as Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
The big draws here are the collectible popcorn buckets. The Mario Kart Popcorn Bucket and the Super Star Popcorn Bucket each run around $39.99. On top of that, the Super Mushroom and 1-UP Mushroom souvenir drink bottles cost approximately $29.99 each.
For families, the souvenir buckets are worth the splurge if your kids will use them. We brought home both a Mario Kart bucket and a Super Star bucket, and Ben still uses them for movie nights at home. As a result, the $39.99 splurge feels less painful when it pulls double duty as a souvenir.

What Is the DK Crush Float at The Bubbly Barrel?
The Bubbly Barrel is a tropical-themed drink kiosk inside Donkey Kong Country, and the famous DK Crush Float is its signature. The float costs around $12.99 in a regular cup, or approximately $18.99 served in a souvenir Donkey Kong barrel mug. Per the Universal-released menu, it is banana pineapple soft serve floating on pineapple soda, topped with a waffle bowl, toffee pieces, and caramel popcorn.
This was honestly the most surprising dish of our entire visit. Nikki said it tastes like a tropical Dole Whip float, and even the picky eaters in the family wanted a sip. In fact, the souvenir spoon makes a great take-home keepsake, and Team Members will hand out extra spoons if you ask for them when you order.
For about $6 more than the regular float, the souvenir mug is the better value if you want the keepsake. Best of all, it is the perfect cool-down treat after Donkey Kong Mine-Cart Madness.
