Elegant Fine Dining Experiences
Atlantic Restaurant: Undersea Culinary Majesty
Dive into the most spectacular fine dining experience at Epic Universe! Atlantic Restaurant transports you to an enchanting underwater world where giant illuminated fish gracefully swim overhead while you feast on exceptional seafood and premium steaks in a Victorian-style aquarium setting that feels like dining on the ocean floor.

Signature Culinary Adventures: Captain Fernando’s Half-Pound Lobster Roll ($48) is the ultimate indulgent dining experience with succulent lobster meat served in a perfectly toasted roll that justifies every penny. The Sea Bass ($44) showcases the chef’s expertise with expertly prepared fish that melts in your mouth, and the Seared Scallops ($38) have a delicate sweetness perfect for sophisticated palates.
Surf and Turf Excellence: The Atlantic Filet Mignon (6 oz. premium Angus beef, $30+) is a land-based luxury for those wanting steak perfection, and the Grilled Atlantic Salmon ($35) is a hearty and healthy catch with stunning presentation.
Appetizer Artistry: The Jumbo Lump Crab Cake ($18), Ahi Tuna Tartare ($18), and Baked Oysters Valentina ($19) are the perfect beginnings to your underwater adventures. However, you can’t miss out on the delectable Oyster selection ($28), which delivers an authentic coastal dining experience.
Atmospheric Magic: The Victorian aquarium design emanates romance and wonder simultaneously. Adults appreciate the sophisticated ambiance while children marvel at the swimming fish overhead. The tiered dining areas provide intimate seating with spectacular views of the cosmic lagoon.
You might be asking yourself right now, “$50 for a lobster roll? Can it really be worth it?” I know theme park food has been getting more and more premium, not to mention the ever increasing MP of lobster, but even at a heft price tag, the Half-Pound Lobster Roll at the Atlantic is truly a good lobster roll. The 8 ounces of lobster is really soft, buttery, and seasoned like a dream, so there’s no shame in a little splurge. Our favorite dish was the seared scallops which were so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Hard to imagine getting lobster and scallops of this quantity and quality within a theme park!
Who Will Love Atlantic: Couples seeking romantic fine dining, families celebrating special occasions, seafood enthusiasts wanting premium experiences, adults appreciating sophisticated atmosphere, and anyone seeking the most elegant Celestial Park dinning establishment.
The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant: Night Market Delicacy
Next, let’s step into the most vibrant and flavorful dining experience at Epic Universe! The Blue Dragon recreates an upscale Asian night market with red and gold décor, ornate lanterns, and a magnificent blue dragon entrance. Be immersed in the bustling courtyard atmosphere where families gather for a delicious Pan-Asian adventure.

Dim Sum and Small Plate Delights: The Snowflake Potstickers ($18) have become legendary among Epic Universe travelers. These lacy-crusted pork dumplings with dragon sauce are a tasty dish that my family can’t dine without. The Pork Soup Dumplings ($16) are a favorite of my granddaughter Emily, who loves the five soupy, stuffed treasures with seasoned pork and dragon sauce enough to eat them all herself.
The Double Fried “Korean” Wings ($16) are cooked to ultra-crispy perfection then tossed with a spicy gochujang glaze. Another satisfyingly crunchy appetizer is the Sweet and Sour Calamari ($17), which has a playful spice from the chili glaze that appeals to adventurous young palates.
Noodle and Rice Masterpieces: The Tonkotsu Ramen ($29) starts with a base of rich pork broth, and is topped with chashu pork, tare egg, and shiitake mushrooms. It is a dish that any ramen-lover will enjoy. The Dragon Fried Rice ($33) is a wonderful pick for families looking for something filling but no less delicious to share. It includes lump crab, shrimp, sausage, egg, and snow peas in wok-fired perfection.
The Main Events: Their Chicken Khao Soi ($28) is a creamy Thai-inspired dish with rich coconut curry, grilled chicken, and crispy noodles. The Crispy Fried Snapper ($51) is the restaurant’s premium experience, served with Japanese BBQ sauce and papaya salad.
Vegan Excellence: A great allergy-friendly and meat-free option is the Cold Noodles ($16). These are refreshing and vegan, topped with chilled cucumbers and Sichuan spice. Our other favorite order here is Kai-Ming’s Mapo Tofu ($27), which mixes spicy Sichuan chili crisp with “vegan ground pork” for a spicy yet satisfying plant-based meal.
Wow! Stepping into The Blue Dragon took our breath away. The inside is gorgeous and really makes you feel like you’re in an Asian night market! As a family that loves to share, The Dragon Fried Rice was big, well seasoned, and had lots of protein. However, I think our favorite dish was the Miso Banana Pudding dessert. It was a truly unique dish with a divine cinnamon and butterscotch flavor. The Blue Dragon is well worth it to knock your Asian food cravings, but the portions could be bigger so this may not be the best option for sharing. Keep in mind this is a fine dining restaurant like the Atlantic (our favorite!).
Hearty Quick-Service Adventures
The Oak & Star Tavern: Ancient BBQ Traditions
Gather around the hearth of an ancient, starlit oak tree where cosmic barbecue traditions create the most satisfying comfort food experiences in Celestial Park! The Oak & Star Tavern serves slow-smoked meats in a cozy tavern atmosphere that feels both unique and familiar, perfect for families craving substantial meals in a magical setting.

Cosmic Breakfast Comfort: There are so many scrumptious breakfast options at The Oak & Star Tavern that it’s hard to pick just one. Whatever dish you end up choosing, make sure it comes with bacon—The Oak & Star Tavern has some of the best we’ve ever had! The Traditional Southern ($12.99) is a big hearty breakfast with two eggs, BBQ bacon, and brioche toast that is perfect for sharing. Another one I enjoyed was the Oak and Star Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich comes with the same bbq bacon on a sobao bun with crispy fries. For egg lovers, the Biscuits with Sausage Gravy & Eggs ($11.99) is creamy and comforting and the Chorizo and Eggs has the perfect amount of tomato stew to dip the brioche toast in.
My family’s favorite dish is the Brûlée Hawaiian Mango Bread ($11.99). As avid Hawaiian Roll lovers, how could we pass on a sweet, crispy, but fluffy breakfast roll topped with toasted coconut, pineapple, strawberry, and whipped cream?
Legendary Smoked Meats: The Slow Smoked Brisket ($18.99) is the product of 14 hours of patience—tender, tangy, and juicy enough to convert any barbecue skeptic. The Huli Huli Pulled Pork ($17.99) brings Hawaiian flavors to outer-space dining, and the BBQ Jackfruit ($16.99) provides satisfying vegan alternatives that prove plant-based barbecue can be incredibly delicious.
Epic Feast Options: The Smoked Master’s BBQ Feast ($74.99) feeds families with four meats and four sides. This option is perfect for large groups who want to sample everything this cosmic smokehouse has to offer. On the otherhand, the Two Meats, One Side ($23.99) is also an excellent value for couples or smaller families.
Signature Mango Bread: This Favorite Grampy cannot stop thinking about their delicious Mango Bread! It’s not only me though, the Mango Bread side has achieved legendary status among Epic Universe visitors. If you missed it at breakfast, you must try this moist, fluffy, and slightly sticky side with unique tropical flavors that perfectly complement any of the smoky meats.
The Oak and Star Tavern serves breakfast and dinner, but I must say I prefer their amazing breakfast! Their breakfast portions are massive and very well seasoned. We loved the Oak and Star Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich as well as the saucy Chorizo and Eggs. You also can’t forget their mango bread which is so heavily moist and just the right amount of sweet. It’s served throughout the day, however it comes brûléed with whipped cream and fruit on the breakfast platter which completely sends it to the next level!
Pizza Moon: Victorian Theater Pizzeria Magic
Enter the most whimsical pizzeria in the cosmos! Pizza Moon transforms a Victorian theater into a cosmic pizzeria where “the moon really IS made of cheese… and pepperoni,” creating theatrical dining experiences with ornate décor, celestial vignettes, and lunar theming that makes every meal a mouthwatering performance.

Lunar Pizza Perfection: The Pizza Lunare ($18.99) showcases culinary creativity with roasted garlic béchamel, fromage de lune (moon cheese), ricotta, pancetta, and purple ube crust. It sounds crazy, but don’t knock it until you try it! The crisp purple crust has a nice, slightly nutty flavor that goes wonderfully with the cheese. A Trip to Vesuvio ($18.99) brings serious heat with pepperoni, fennel sausage, Calabrian chili, and hot honey that hits the spot of spice-loving adventurers.
Cosmic Fusion Flavors: The Hala Kahiki Mahina ($18.99) is a delicious tropically inspired pie, covered in porchetta, fromage de lune, pineapple, and citrus mostarda. The Space Cowboy ($18.99) is more fitting of a southern cookout, with BBQ sauce, rotisserie chicken, pickled red onion, and BBQ potato chips.
Plant-Based Cosmic Creations: Don’t miss the Harvest Moon ($17.99), which offers healthy vegan dining with tomato sauce, grilled artichoke, roasted peppers, and arugula, proving cosmic cuisine accommodates every dietary preference.
Baked Pasta Alternatives: The Cosmic Alfredo Chicken ($16.99) elevates comfort food with radiatore pasta, rotisserie chicken, and roasted garlic béchamel, and the Pink Moon alla Vodka ($15.99) features cheese-stuffed Triangoletti in spicy tomato cream sauce.
Dessert Pizza Pies: The Brownie Eclipse is a gooey chocolatey masterpiece covered in toasted marshmallows and nutella. On the opposite end of the galaxy is the Lunar Phase Cake. This soft and delicate olive oil cake has a light flavor and less overpowering sweetness, making Pizza Moon the perfect place to get dessert that will satisfy both kinds of a sweet tooth.
Pizza Moon is easily our favorite theme park pizza by far! One of the questions I get asked most is which restaurant I would recommend for a family looking to share a meal. There’s no better value in Epic Universe than Pizza Moon. They’re not only large and shareable, they’re also delicious!
Our favorite one is The Pizza Lunare. I know an ube pizza may sound a bit strange, but it goes so well together! Every pizza we got was perfectly crispy with a fluffy crust on the inside. And to finish it off, the Brownie Eclipse was so rich and decadent. It was hard to steal a bite from my Chocolate loving daughter and Nutella loving granddaughter! This restaurant is perfect for picky eaters who want a pizza out of this world but not too far out of their comfort zone!

Meteor Astropub: Your Quick Cosmic Gastropub
Meteor Astropub provides gastropub fare with celestial twists, offering the perfect quick meals for families exploring the cosmic wonders of Celestial Park. The celestial gastropub concept creates elevated quick-service dining that stays on theme while maintaining the convenience families need during theme park adventures.

This is one of Grammy’s favorite stops in Epic Universe because of their delectable Big Bang Burger with black angus beef, whiskey bacon jam, beer cheese sauce, and applewood bacon. It is perfect for when you’re craving an elevated Bacon Cheese Burger. The Astropub Burger is the cheeseburger version with the same thick black angus beef patty and some cherry pepper aioli.
We loved Meteor Astropub last time I took the grandkids to Epic! It was at the end of the day and we were running across Celestial Park to get to Super Nintendo World for one last ride and boy were we hungry. We placed a quick Mobile Order at Meteor Astropub and a big, delicious, reasonably priced burger was ready in minutes. It is perfect for anyone wanting convenience without sacrificing quality or cosmic atmosphere.
Quick Bite Cosmic Delights
Comet Dogs: Galactic Hot Dog Adventures
Comet Dogs proves that even simple hot dogs can achieve cosmic greatness! Located near the Dark Universe portal, this quick-service stand specializes in gourmet hot dogs with celestial twists that transform familiar comfort food into otherworldly experiences.
The Bulgogi Dog ($14) has made its rounds across social media among Epic Universe fans. Its Korean-style beef sausage combines Asian flavors with American theme park comfort food for a quick, craving-crushing bite.
The Comet Dog is your beloved theme park classic, an all beef dog served with cheddar cheese and chili on top, it’s the perfect cure to nostalgic cravings. The Al Pastor includes pineapple adding a sweet tang and the Philly Cheesesteak has a kick from the peppers and onions.
Vegan Alternative: Interestingly, one of our favorites at this stand was the vegan Smoky Carrot Dog! Inside of a soft ube bun is a perfectly roasted and glazed carrot that has such a dreamy texture and taste complemented by the sweet bun.
Comet Dogs is a great place for a quick, but satisfying meal. Their vegan Smoky Carrot Dog is surprisingly tasty, but it may not be as satiating as some other vegan alternatives in the park. These are very creative and above average theme park hot dogs that really hit the spot when you’re portal hopping.
Star Sui Bao: Asian Street Food Magic
This innovative quick-service stand offers unique takes on traditional steamed Asian bao buns with cosmic enhancements! Located strategically near Stardust Racers, Star Sui Bao is a convenient breakfast for ropedroppers. It provides convenient and flavorful handheld snacks that allow families to continue exploring Epic Universe while enjoying delicious Asian-inspired street food.
Star Sui Bao is our go-to quick breakfast spot because it’s located conveniently next to Stardust Racers! The food here is delicious and consistent. We appreciate the Asian-flavors and how easy each dish is to share and take with us on the go!
Frosty Moon: Celestial Frozen Treats
Discover the sweetest spot in Celestial Park at Frosty Moon, an enchanting Soft Serve stand nestled within the pastoral pathways of Arcadia Garden! This bright and alluring frozen treat destination provides the perfect relief from Florida’s heat, with its cosmic-themed desserts creating magical moments for every family member.

The serene garden setting creates an intimate atmosphere perfect for enjoying frozen treats while watching families explore the cosmic fountains and celestial pathways. The location provides a peaceful rest between more intense attractions and cosmic adventures.
The menu here is full of classics like chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, but has some interesting flavors like cheesecake (you can top it with cheesecake bites too!), cookie butter, and vegan vanilla, which made this Favorite Grampy so happy because all my grandkids could enjoy the sweet treat together. Our favorite topping was the mini marshmallows because they looked and tasted just like Lucky Charms! The texture added a nice crunch.
Frosty Moon also offers cookies, a birthday cake themed one and a vegan chocolate chip! The Birthday Cake Cookie was massive and definitely a hit with the grandkids. The inside was like soft moist Funfetti and the icing was a really wet buttercream topped with the rainbow freeze dried mini marshmallows.
Star Sui Bao is our go-to quick breakfast spot because it’s located conveniently next to Stardust Racers! TYou already know I am bound to be a fan of Frosty Moon because it gives me another excuse to spoil the grandkids. The soft serve here was yummy, the cookies were very sweet, and we really appreciated the vegan alternatives. The grandkids favorite part was the mini marshmallows on top because they swore “no place has ever done that before!”

Welcome to the most unique drinking establishment in the universe! CelesTiki’s Signature Cosmic Cocktails blend traditional tiki flavors with celestial presentations. The exterior features glowing tiki faces that greet explorers as they enjoy exotic drinks that literally cannot be found anywhere else in the universe! The location between Pizza Moon and Dark Universe portal is a prime location for adults to enjoy frozen cocktails and tropical refreshments as a reward for braving the dark, spooky land of monsters.

Some drink highlights for us were the frozen Mudslide and Papa Rangi’s Elixar. The Mudslide consisted of dark rum, espresso liqueur, Crème de Caçao, cream of coconut, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, and topped with whipped cream. It has a perfect ratio of sweet chocolate, bitter coffee, and rum. Papa Rangi’s Elixir is a signature mock cocktail that tastes sweet and citrusy. It is made of orange juice, blood orange and vanilla syrups, Sprite, red prism powder, and a dried blood orange slice on top. This drink is very refreshing and perfect for families.

Practical Strategies for Celestial Park Dining
Budget-Friendly Celestial Park Dining
Celestial Park offers excellent value dining options across all price points. The Oak & Star Tavern has the most substantial portions for budget-conscious families, with One Meat, One Side ($21.99) feeding hungry explorers without blasting out of budget. A close second is Pizza Moon, which offers shareable 12-inch pizzas ($17.99-$18.99) that eclipse the cravings of multiple family members with a deliciously familiar dish.
Maximizing your time at Epic Universe
The strategic placement of dining venues near major attractions and portals creates perfect timing for a celestial snack break in between world-hopping. Families can fuel up before adventures or celebrate cosmic achievements with some stellar soft serve!
Reservation and Mobile Ordering Strategies: Most of the Celestial Park restaurants support mobile ordering through the Universal app, allowing families to skip lines and maximize cosmic exploration time. Simply order your family’s favorites to pick up while you cross the park from the Isle of Berk to Super Nintendo World! However, Atlantic and The Blue Dragon require reservations for optimal seating, especially during peak cosmic viewing times.
Dietary Accommodations Across the Cosmos
Celestial Park excels at accommodating diverse dietary needs within cosmic theming. The Ancient Grain Tofu Scramble at The Oak & Star Tavern is a hearty vegan breakfast option for early risers. For lunch, the Harvest Moon pizza at Pizza Moon or the Cold Noodles at The Blue Dragon are substantial, plant-based dishes that still fit the theme rather than sacrificing fun to be substitute-focused.
Allergy menus are available park-wide, ensuring families with dietary restrictions can safely enjoy their bucket list Epic Universe snacks without compromising the magical experience.
Seasonal and Weather Considerations
Don’t worry! Celestial Park’s mix of indoor and outdoor dining ensures families can enjoy cosmic cuisine regardless of Florida’s weather conditions. Air-conditioned venues like Atlantic and The Blue Dragon provide comfortable refuges during hot summer days, while outdoor seating near cosmic gardens and fountains creates perfect settings during pleasant weather.
