Disney World Advance Dining Reservation (ADR) Calculator
Walt Disney World dining reservations open 60 days before your visit, at 6:00 AM Eastern Time — and Disney Resort hotel guests can book their entire stay, up to 10 nights, in one morning. Pop in your check-in date below: the calculator finds your exact booking morning, counts down the days, and maps every other deadline — Lightning Lane, golf, even your final payment.
Staying off site? Use “one dining date” mode — off-site guests book day by day, 60 days ahead of each dining date.
How the 60-Day ADR Window Works
Disney’s official policy is simple on paper: dining and Enchanting Extras Collection reservations (tours, dessert parties, and special experiences) open 60 days in advance, with new windows releasing at approximately 6:00 AM Eastern each morning. Online and the My Disney Experience app get first crack; the phone line (407-WDW-DINE) doesn’t open until 7:00 AM — and by then, the hardest tables are long gone.
Staying at a Disney Resort hotel (or the Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve, or Shades of Green)? You get the famous “60+10” perk: at 60 days before check-in, you can book dining for your entire stay — up to 10 nights — in one sitting. Example: check in Friday, November 6, and your ADR morning is Monday, September 7. That single morning covers every meal through checkout, while off-site families are still unlocking their trip one day at a time. For a longer trip, the back half of your stay is where this perk truly shines — you’re booking tables off-site guests can’t even see yet.
One Favorite Grampy tip before you set that alarm: lock in your park days before you book dining. A castle breakfast in the wrong park on a jam-packed day fights your whole plan. If you haven’t picked your dates yet, start with my Walt Disney World Crowd Calendar, then come back here and run your ADR math.

The Dining Rules That Save You Money (and Heartbreak)
The 2-hour rule. Cancel at least 2 hours before your reservation time, or Disney charges a $10-per-person no-show fee to the card on file. Every table-service reservation requires a credit card to hold it, so a forgotten 8-person breakfast is an $80 lesson.
Modify, don’t cancel. Found a better time or restaurant? Change the existing reservation instead of canceling and rebooking — you keep your table while you shop, and you never hand your slot to a stranger mid-search.
Prepaid experiences play by their own rules. Cinderella’s Royal Table, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, dessert parties, and dining packages charge in full when you book and have their own cancellation windows — read the fine print before you confirm.
Struck out at 60 days? Stay in the game. Tables reappear constantly on Disney’s dining page — especially 24 to 48 hours out, when that no-show fee motivates other families to let go. Off-hour searches (2:40 lunches, 8:50 dinners) win far more often than you’d think.
The Hardest Disney World Dining Reservations to Get in 2026
These are the tables that vanish within minutes of 6:00 AM. If any of them are on your family’s wish list, book them first on your ADR morning — 6:01 is late.
| Restaurant | Where | Why it vanishes in minutes |
|---|---|---|
| Cinderella’s Royal Table | Magic Kingdom | Princess dining inside Cinderella Castle — the #1 hardest table at Disney World; prepaid in full |
| Space 220 Restaurant & Lounge | EPCOT | Dinner “220 miles above Earth” via a simulated space elevator — restaurant and lounge both fill instantly |
| Beak and Barrel | Magic Kingdom | The pirate tavern that opened in fall 2025 — still one of the hottest bookings on property |
| Be Our Guest Restaurant | Magic Kingdom | Dinner inside the Beast’s castle, ballroom and all |
| Topolino’s Terrace | Disney’s Riviera Resort | Rooftop character breakfast with Mickey and pals — small dining room, enormous demand |
| Chef Mickey’s | Contemporary Resort | The classic Mickey character meal — generations of families book it on tradition alone |
| ‘Ohana | Polynesian Village Resort | Character breakfast with Lilo & Stitch; legendary family-style noodles at dinner |
| Story Book Dining at Artist Point | Wilderness Lodge | Snow White dinner where even the Queen stops by — the rare villain meet |
| Victoria & Albert’s | Grand Floridian | AAA Five Diamond fine dining in a tiny room — date-night grail for the grown-ups |
| Oga’s Cantina | Hollywood Studios | The Star Wars cantina — tiny, rowdy, and booked out nearly every day |
| Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue | Fort Wilderness | America’s longest-running dinner show — prepaid, beloved, and perpetually full |

Beyond Dining: Every Disney World Booking Window That Matters
Dining gets the headlines, but a Disney World trip runs on a whole calendar of countdowns. Here’s the full timeline — and two rules that changed recently, so ignore older charts: room-only reservations no longer open 499 days out (Disney now releases rooms and packages by calendar year, usually 12 to 16 months ahead), and golf tee times are now a flat 90 days for everyone, on-site or off.
| When | What opens | The details |
|---|---|---|
| 12–16 months out | Resort rooms & vacation packages | Released by calendar year (the old 499-day rule is gone). Book early — discounts can usually be applied later. |
| 90 days | Golf tee times | All four Disney courses, all guests, at Walt Disney World Golf. |
| 60 days | Dining + the Enchanting Extras Collection | 6:00 AM ET. Table-service dining plus Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Savi’s Workshop lightsabers, dessert parties, and backstage tours. Credit-card guarantee required. |
| 30 days | Package final payment due | Disney vacation packages must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. |
| 7 days | Lightning Lane Multi Pass — Disney Resort + select hotel guests | 7:00 AM ET, for the whole stay (up to 14 days). See Disney’s Lightning Lane page; valid park admission required for each day. |
| 3 days | Lightning Lane Multi Pass — everyone else · Memory Maker deadline | Off-site guests buy Lightning Lanes 3 days ahead (7:00 AM ET). Same deadline to grab Memory Maker at the $185 advance price instead of $210. |

Why a Favorite Grampy Built a Reservation Calculator
You know what breaks my heart? Watching a family promise their little one breakfast with Mickey, then find out it booked up weeks ago. After four decades of Disney trips — first with our kids, now with the grandkids — I can tell you exactly where plans fall apart. It’s not at the parks. It’s at the math.
I once watched Grammy try to count backward 60 days from a Thursday check-in while balancing cross-stitch on her lap and working gum out of a grandson’s hair. Bless her heart, she landed three days off — and three days late is a canceled castle breakfast. So I built the tool we wished we’d had: it does the counting, you do the dreaming.
And if you’d rather hand the whole 5:45 AM ritual to somebody who genuinely enjoys it? That’s literally what my advisors do. Dining strategy is baked into every Walt Disney World vacation we plan — right alongside your resort, tickets, and Lightning Lane game plan.
