Yes, for most young families it is worth it. The scares stay gentle and the candy never stops.
I have taken four generations to this party on the same night: my grandkids, their parents, the grandparents, and the great-grandparents in their wheelchairs. Here is the thing nobody tells you: at each treat station, you can loop back around as many times as you like.
We took the great-grandparents around a few stations five or six times, and the cast members filled their bags by the fistful. Those 80-somethings were shocked, and we made memories I will keep forever.
