What's New for Halloween Horror Nights 2026
Halloween Horror Nights turns 35 this year, and Universal is marking it with the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares. Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow serve as twisted ringmasters across the entire event. All 10 haunted houses are brand new, so nothing from last season returns.
Announced houses so far include Sinners, Stranger Things, Jack and Oddfellow: Chaos & Control, INVASION: Alien Abduction, H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular!, MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals, Cybergoria, Hellraiser, and Evil Dead Burn. Scare zones include the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares, Sideshow of Decay, Killer Klowns From Outer Space, and Fortnitemares. Two shows join the lineup: Nightmare Fuel: Blood Noir and Stranger Things: Return to Hawkins.
One change matters for your planning. Multi-night Fear Pass options returned this year without bundled Express, so Express is now a separate decision. Scream Early also moved up to a 2:00 p.m. start. Your advisor can walk you through which combination fits your nights.
