Samantha Malone with Favorite Grampy Travels has now planned several vacations for our family, including Disney trips and Norwegian cruises to Alaska, Mexico, and the Caribbean, and we cannot recommend her enough!

Samantha has helped us with flights, hotels, park tickets, cruise reservations, excursions, dining, transportation, and all the little details that can make planning a big family vacation overwhelming. Julie Shar is truly amazing. I was soooo skeptical about her service like is this real? Is this a scam? She is so sweet so knowledgeable answering questions. I had a little bit of a trouble on my second day out in Studios. She answered in my first call 9 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday ‘morning while I was in the line to go into Universal Studios with me on the phone until I was able to get the email of my QR codes.

Julie Shar was amazing! She responded so quickly to all of my emails and questions and made the whole planning process so easy. She checked in with us before our trip and even followed up afterward to make sure everything went well. I really appreciated how helpful and attentive she was throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend her! ❤️

We just had an amazing long weekend(September 25-28) all thanks to Shannon Robinson!!
This was such a fun quick trip to Universal!
We stayed at Royal Pacific (for early access and unlimited express passes at IoA and US). We spent Friday just hanging out at the hotel and City Walk after flying in. On Saturday we started early access at IoA and had a blast riding rides and enjoying the atmosphere! We hopped on the train to US around 1pm to get our stay and scream wrist bands for HHN. We were able to do all 3 haunted houses that opened at 2pm before 5:15. We then had some waiting for the next 3 houses. we weren’t sure about getting the express passes, but we were okay with the waiting. The scare zones were a lot of fun! The kids were really tired by 10pm so we weren’t able to get the last of the haunted house in. But for 1 night at HHN I think we did amazing! Best Halloween atmosphere at a theme park (we live near Busch gardens Williamsburg and have done halloscream and HHN was 10 times better!)
Sunday we spent the day at Epic! We had express passes, but we were able to ride everything by 2:30pm without the express. We went back to our hotel and had dinner before returning to Epic for the evening. We then Used the express passes and rode everything we wanted to again with much shorter wait times! We closed down the park with the water show and fireworks! Even rode the carousel at night (it was so beautiful in the dark!)
Shannon was so great to work with! She helped with all the minor details and how to get the best deals! I love that we got an annual pass because that helped with food and drink deals in the park! (Plus now it gives me a reason to go back before it expires! 😂)
We had a great car service from the airport to hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport! Reginaldo was so kind and friendly!

She secured great perks, kept a close eye on discounts the whole time, and was incredibly helpful with every question I had. For my entire life I’ve always booked, planned and purchased everything for my trips. I joined the Favorite Grampy Travels Facebook group to get tips and tricks for my universal studios Florida trip. But after spending a few weeks with the community I reached out to Shannon Robinson (travel advisor) to see if she could save me some money and review my plan. She had inside knowledge on so many things I never knew, and even got us set up in a hotel with breakfasts, dinners and snacks included. For a family of six, this saved us a ton of money to use at the parks instead. On top of that Shannon was able to get us some perks for the parks that we can’t get booking independently. Overall the benefits and professionalism is incredible. I’ll always reach out to Shannon for my trips going forward.

Planned a list minute trip to Universal Studios FL a few weeks ago. Discovered from a Facebook group that if you have breakfast reservations to the Leaky Cauldron you can get into Universal an hour early. Someone recommended Christy Knox at Favorite Grampy Travels to help secure these reservations, and I am so grateful. Christy was so easy to work with, and she worked so quickly to get the reservations for me. She was incredibly kind and gave me so wonderful tips about navigating Universal. I'll definitely reach out to Christy Knox again the next time I go to Universal Studios!
