I cannot recommend this agency enough! Our travel agent was Nicole Damiano and she was absolutely fantastic. She found us a great deal and was with us every step of the way any time I had a question she would answer them all and booked everything we needed booking. We had an amazing trip thanks to her and her suggestions.

Laura helped me plan a recent family vacation to Punta Cana & she made things so easy for me. She helped me narrow down resort options based on my needs, answered all my questions promptly, booked it all & emailed me detailed confirmation info along with tips/tricks. I would highly recommend giving her a call for your travel needs!

I can’t begin to express how glad I am that we found this company. The amount of information that we’ve been able to get from their FB pages, which are all amazing and very well managed, has been so helpful in our branching out of our travel comfort zone. And that will definitely continue! And to make it even better, we found the best TA we could ask for. Laura Donovan is absolutely the best! She has helped us on numerous trips so far, including the family Disney cruise that we just returned from. From beginning to end she was there all the way, answering any and all questions I or any of my family had. AND she saved us money by updating our reservation after we had already booked it. She is the best! Thank you Laura for everything, and on to the next adventure!!

I don’t even know how to thank Jolene for the amazing job she did booking our Walt Disney World trip for us! We just got home and we all definitely feel it was our best trip ever!! Jolene was wonderful! Communication was great, she was able to get all reservations and lightening lanes that we wanted. My family was so excited with how she booked the lightening lanes so we weren’t bopping back and forth in the parks since she made them in order of where they are in the parks. I absolutely recommend Favorite Grampy Travels and especially Jolene! So glad we are working with her again already for our next trip!

I had the best luck finding Christy Knox and was so grateful for her help in helping me plan a trip to Universal and Hollywood Studios for our family. It is so overwhelming trying to figure everything out and she was the calm to my trip planning. She was so patient with me and it was so nice of her to make herself available to chat on the phone. She was always very timely with her responses and she even watched out trip and saved us additional $$ when the price dropped before we actually went to Florida. I cannot recommend her enough! Chiao Ling was amazing setting up everything for our Icon of the Seas Cruise. Definitely takes the time to answer every question and finds you the best pricing. We will book again through her!

When we set out to plan our family's first Universal trip, Laura was above and beyond what I was expecting from a travel agent. Her insight on hotel choice, ultimately saved us time through security (water taxi hack = invaluable) and gained us some pretty sweet pool perks.
Overall, her expertise and insight during the whole planning process was worth every star. Her knowledge, quick communication and attention to detail made the entire process incredibly easy and completely stress free. And the overall savings, once all was said and done, was more than we could have imagined. Loved getting those emails saying "just saved you another $$$"
Can't wait to plan our next trip so was can enlist Laura's help again. 🙂

Erin Houston made planning our MSC Seashore cruise so easy! Since it was our first time sailing with MSC, and our first time ever cruising, we had plenty of questions, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to respond.

We cannot recommend Diana Richardson highly enough! She helped us plan our family’s July 4th vacation to Disney’s Port Orleans, and what started as a last-minute trip turned into one of our most memorable family vacations thanks to her.

Diana truly thought of everything. She created a detailed itinerary from the moment we left home, including what to do before check-in, dining recommendations, what to wear based on our plans, what to expect at the resort, and even backup plans if needed. My husband had recently undergone surgery, and Diana made sure every recommendation took his mobility and comfort into consideration. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to our family.

She also made sure we knew about all the included perks and freebies, exactly where to go, the best times to be there, and how to make the most of every moment. Her guidance took away all the stress and uncertainty of planning Disney, allowing us to simply enjoy our vacation and make wonderful memories together.

Diana is an incredible asset to her company. Her attention to detail, organization, kindness, and genuine care for her clients are unmatched. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and will absolutely be working with her again for future vacations.

We just returned from our Disney vacation that was planned by Diana Richardson, of Favorite Grampy Travels. Although we have been to Disney many times before, we have never stayed on-site. We wanted the true Disney experience- and so we enlisted Diana's help. Every detail about our trip was planned by Diana. Totally a novice to the ins and outs of going to Disney, I had no idea all the "tricks" for making sure you have a true "pixie dust" time. Diana coordinated our hotel stay at Coronado Springs, and even gave us a run-down on where to eat and play at the hotel. Our stay was fantastic. My kids had a blast- the hotel was clean and super comfortable. Diana prepared us for what to expect and how to be prepare (transportation/clothing/fans/etc) with her Disney park survival tips. She spent time going over the Lightning Passes and answered my many questions. It was the most relaxing vacation planning experience and the best part is every detail was perfect. If you are considering a trip to Disney, I highly recommend working with Diana. She works hard to make sure your family will get that Disney "pixie dusted" fun. Many happy memories were made for my family this past week and I am forever grateful to Diana!

We went to Disneyworld in 2026,taking our 2 daughters and granddaughter. Danielle Dagato once again made our experience flawless! She had everything scheduled for us, including a day at University Studios for the adult girls. Her knowledge of what to do reaffirmed the need to have a travel agent when booking trips. She again made sure WE knew what to do for our trip, answering all our questions, down to getting Magic Bands set up and ready for use. Her love for Disney shines in her knowledge of the system! We are forever grateful for her help in making memories with our family!

Came across this travel agency and connected with Jennifer Holcomb. She was amazing and so very helpful in getting me and my wife's anniversary trip planned out. She listened to all the details of what we wanted and made sure everything was perfect. Already planning to book another vacation trip with her for next year. We just returned from a 7 night trip to universal and it was AMAZING! My family has never done a universal trip and I was traveling with my special needs son and had no idea how to start planning. Diana Richardson came to the rescue. She gave me so many options and worked with me on every little detail to ensure we had a great vacation. Any questions I had she would respond very quickly and she explained everything in detail. . I cannot thank her enough.

Shannon was a great resource to work with, planning our family’s trip to Universal in Orlando. Last time I was there was 30+ years ago and my family had never been. I didn’t know where to start with getting this trip together. Shannon was terrific. If the opportunity arises again to plan a trip to the Orlando area, I would not hesitate to reach out to Shannon again.

Was hesitant getting an agent but glad we did. Was so much easier. And the savings you get when they see the price changes. Super easy and would use again!! We got super lucky too and met Oded Fehr getting off the the mummy 😊
