We always charge for our work, and the amount depends on how much planning is involved. Full custom Universal planning starts at $250 per trip and scales with complexity (Epic Universe strategy, hotel choice, Express Pass, party size, dining, and multigen coordination). Tickets only or a small request runs $25 to $200.

Your fee is separate from your trip cost, non-refundable, and quoted in the complimentary 15-minute consultation before you pay. Some suppliers also pay us a commission (we’re upfront about that), but our recommendations are based on what fits your family.
