Nikki Hendrix

Nikki Hendrix founded Favorite Grampy Travels in April 2019 and serves as its president and CEO. She grew up taking road trips to the Orlando theme parks with her father, the agency's namesake Favorite Grampy, and began working at a theme park-focused travel agency in 2015, visiting the parks every six to eight weeks to keep up with changes for her clients. Under her leadership the agency grew its Universal Orlando Resort sales from zero to more than $1 million in about 18 months, earning Universal U-Preferred Platinum status, and ALG Vacations named Favorite Grampy Travels a 2026 Elite Sapphire Select agency. Her 14 Facebook travel communities now have more than 800,000 combined memberships, work that earned her the 2024 TravelAge West Trendsetter Award for Best Use of Social Media, and in 2025 she led the session "Unleashing the Power of Facebook Groups" at the ASTA Travel Advisor Conference. She is a member of the Travel ALLIES Society and Female Leaders in Travel. She also launched the agency's FG Luxury Travel division and holds ASTA's Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) credential.
