I work mostly with families traveling with kids and teens, which is a different planning challenge than most people expect. A trip that keeps a first-grader happy is not the same trip that keeps a high schooler engaged. I plan for both at once, because I live it at home too.

The details that make or break a Disney day are the ones most families never think about, and those are my favorite part. I know Disney World transportation inside and out, including how to get almost anywhere on property without ever renting a car or using your own.
Here is a tip I give that a lot of advisors do not: have a small snack in your resort room first thing in the morning, but do not skip the in-park breakfast. The quick-service breakfast spots have some genuinely great options. We usually grab that early snack, ride a thing or two, then sit down for a real breakfast once we are in the park.
Being a stay-at-home mom and a former preschool dance teacher means I actually know kids, not just Disney. I can look at your children’s ages and tell you which rides will land, where the meltdown risk is, and when to build in a pool afternoon so nobody hits a wall by day three. Finding the right Disney hotel and package to fit all of that is the part I am proudest of.

Favorite Disney Restaurant: Sebastian’s Bistro at Caribbean Beach Resort: The food is served family style with bold flavors, and the bread pudding is unreal. I recommend it to families who want a relaxed, memorable dinner off the beaten path.
Favorite Disney Attraction: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT: The most fun I have ever had on a ride, between the theming, the twists, and the music. It is my top pick for families with older kids and teens.
Favorite Disney Snack: The Ronto Morning Wrap at Ronto Roasters in Galaxy’s Edge: The perfect start to a Hollywood Studios day, and proof that in-park breakfast beats skipping it.
Favorite Cruise Ship: The Disney Wish: We loved it as a family, and it is often where I point first-time Disney cruisers who want the newest, most immersive experience for their kids.
