Hello! I’m Liz Roth and I have been living in Ashburn, VA since 2011. I have two children (5th and 2nd grades), and we spend most of our family free time going to flag football and basketball practices, or traveling to Hilton Head Island, SC as much as possible (we go every year if not more)! We have been to Disney World as a family multiple times and are excited for our next and longest trip coming up this November 2022. Beyond Disney and Universal, I also love to plan cruises and international adventures.
I work full time as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a trade association in Washington, DC, where I recently celebrated my 12th year anniversary. I have had several years of travel planning experience and used to be an event planner for 5 years just after college. I also have a Baking and Pastry degree from Johnson and Wales Denver Campus and I love to make specialty cakes and treats for friends and family.

Favorite Disney Destination – Disney World. Because it is the OG!!!
Favorite Disney Restaurant – Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White because the setting is incredible, the food is inventive, and the character show is so entertaining!
Favorite Disney Park – Magic Kingdom… it is so magical and has something for everyone of all ages
Favorite Disney Attraction – Splash Mountain… it is the perfect combination of thrill and immersive experience without being too scary for my kiddos

Favorite Disney Snack – Mickey Beignets at Port Orleans! So delicious!
Favorite Disney Character – Belle because she loves to read and I love that movie.
Favorite Adult Vacation Spot – Any Sandals Resort in the Bahamas!
Favorite Family Vacation Spot – Hilton Head Island, SC… I have been going every year since I was 8 years old and best beach on the east coast by far.
Favorite Adventure Experience – White water rafting in Colorado
Favorite Relaxation Destination – Bellagio, Italy… I went here for my honeymoon and I am Italian. It is gorgeous yet quaint but there is still so much to do!
Favorite Winter Destination – Vail, Colorado… I used to live here for a gap year during college and it has a very European vibe to it. Plus amazing restaurants and views!
