Favorite Universal Restaurant: Das Stakehaus in Dark Universe at Epic Universe: The theming is so immersive and the food is genuinely delicious. I tell clients it is worth a real sit-down meal, not a grab-and-go.
Favorite Disney Snack: School Bread from EPCOT’s Norway Pavilion: A must-try I point World Showcase visitors toward, along with any Lunch Box Tart from Woody’s Lunch Box in Hollywood Studios.
Favorite Adventure Experience: Camping in Dry Tortugas National Park, 70 miles west of Key West: No water or electricity, just a historic fort, crystal-clear water, incredible snorkeling, and starry nights. It is the trip people never expect from me.
