I’m Erin. Or Mama. Or Mrs. Woods. Whatever name I’m called, I thrive on taking the time to learn and plan before offering support to those who need me.
I’ve lived most of my life in Pittsburgh, close to my family. I met my husband in 7th grade. We now send our 3 kids to the same school district we attended. I’ve been teaching English/ELA for nearly two decades and planning celebrations and trips for at least as long. Whether I’m mapping out a unit, planning a surprise birthday celebration, or coordinating fun family attire for a Disney and Universal trip, I am all about attention to detail and personalization.
Though I sincerely value my home, I have studied abroad in England and traveled all around Europe. I got a taste of memory-making through trip-taking. Since then, I’ve been a firm believer in the value of travel, and I want to share my love of it with you!
There is a wide, wonder-filled world to discover, and there are core memories to be made. With seemingly unlimited choices, though, we can start overthinking things. That means we often postpone the fun. I’m here to help simplify the planning so you can focus on the *magic*.

Favorite Disney Restaurant – Satu’li Canteen for a quick, tasty bowl in the incredible world of Pandora
Favorite Disney Park – EPCOT. You can’t jet to Norway, Morocco, Japan, and France all in one day, but you can take in so much beauty and learning in a day at EPCOT!
Favorite Disney Attraction – Tie. Guardians of the Galaxy and Soarin’. My family LOVES rides, and I could list a dozen favorites, but the smoothness and wow-factor of these 2 made the final cut!
Favorite Disney Snack – Dole Whip
Favorite Disney Character – Belle! I love how she loves to read & takes the time to look for beauty and goodness.
Favorite Universal Ride – Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure (worth the wait!)
Favorite Harry Potter Character – Neville Longbottom… who shows you don’t have to be perfect to make a big difference
Favorite Universal Restaurant – Toothsome Chocolate Emporium
Favorite Adult Destination – Maui, Hawaii, or Florence, Italy
