Hi! I’m Shannon, a Disney enthusiast and mom of two boys living in Orlando. I fell in love with the parks and moved to Orlando to experience the magic more frequently. My love for Disney started as a child, but it wasn’t until I visited Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, that I became truly enchanted.
As a Disney fanatic, I offer personalized vacation planning and can help you with even the most intricate details of your vacation.
I’ve visited both coasts and have extensive knowledge of both Walt Disney World and Disneyland in California. As a vegan and as someone whose mom has gluten sensitivities, I’m also very knowledgeable about dietary offerings throughout Disney property.
My goal is to visit every international Disney Park, eat at every restaurant, and stay at every resort. I can offer the best recommendations for you and your family based on personal experience, and I can’t wait to help you plan a magical vacation!

Favorite Disney Park – While each park holds a special place in my heart, I absolutely love the rides, food, and interactions at Hollywood Studios. From Toy Story to Star Wars, the immersion with the lands here is just incredible… and as a big fan of rides you can’t beat Rock n Rollercoaster or Tower of Terror! Also, being a vegan, Hollywood Studios seems to have the most variety when it comes to quick service and sit-down dining.
Favorite Disney Restaurant – California Grill. There is something special about being on top of the Contemporary, especially in the evening to see the fireworks or even just to see Magic Kingdom lit from above. The food and service is always incredible, and I love the array of allergy-friendly and special dietary menu items. While I have taken my kids there a few times, it is definitely a favorite for celebrating adult birthdays and special occasions.
Favorite Disney Character – Stitch. I’ve always loved the movie since I was little, but his adorable personality and voice — and his journey from bad to good and learning about Ohana — gets me teary-eyed every time. Plus, Stitch is literally the cutest Disney character ever… I own probably every Stitch and Angel stuffed animal ever made.
Favorite Disney Attraction – Space Mountain. Even with Guardians and TRON, in my opinion, nothing beats the classic feeling of zipping around in the dark doing those quick turns and feeling like you might hit your head on the track above you. It’s a classic ride, but as a thrill seeker, it still holds that sense of excitement.
Favorite Disney Snack – Mickey Pretzel
