All About Me
Hi, I’m Erin Muldowney — a Georgia mama, theme-park lover, and lifelong Universal Studios fan. Some of my earliest memories are from vacations where my family and I spent our days living the movies at Universal Studios Orlando. From getting wide-eyed at the special effects to laughing with my family on our favorite attractions, those childhood trips became the moments I still treasure most.
As I grew up, Universal only became more magical. I found myself returning again and again — celebrating milestones, taking spontaneous weekend getaways, trying every new ride, and soaking in the incredible energy that only Universal can deliver. And now, sharing all of that with my son has been the greatest gift of all. I’ve been bringing him to Universal (and Disney too!) since he was just three months old, and watching him dance to street shows, explore new lands, and fall in love with the parks has created a whole new collection of memories.
I also travel with my service dogs and my mother, who uses a mobility scooter, which has given me firsthand experience in planning smooth, accessible, and comfortable trips for families with a wide variety of needs. Over time, I’ve learned all the tips, tricks, and stress-saving strategies for navigating the parks with babies, toddlers, mobility accommodations, and special considerations.
The moment I realized I wanted to become a travel agent was the moment I recognized just how genuinely happy I am every time I’m in the parks. That joy, that escape, that spark — it made me want to turn what I love into my career. I knew I wanted to help other families experience the same magic I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy my whole life.
Today, I’m passionate about helping families create unforgettable memories, from epic Universal adventures to complete Orlando getaways tailored to every age, stage, and accessibility need. Favorite Universal Destination – If I had to choose one, it would be Universal Islands of Adventure… I think Jurassic World VelociCoaster is the best thrill I have ever had! And I love Hogsmead and Seuss Landing!
Favorite Disney Park – EPCOT because I love the festivals and Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind might be the best ride I’ve ever been on
Favorite Universal Attraction – Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts located in Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida! I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and this ride is so immersive and thrilling!
Favorite Disney Restaurant – Be Our Guest because Beauty and the Beast was my favorite Disney movie as a child and that restaurant is incredibly immersive!
Favorite Universal Restaurant – A tie between Mythos and Toothsome Chocolate Emporium because the food and theming are amazing at both!
Favorite Disney Snack – Dole Whip especially in the summer time!
Favorite Disney Character – Moana because she is courageous and loves her family
Favorite Universal Snack – The Grinch because I have loved the Grinch since I was a child and he is hilarious.
Favorite Adult Vacation Spot – Anywhere tropical and relaxing!
Favorite Family Vacation Spot – Definitely Orlando because it has all of the best theme parks Universal, Disney, SeaWorld and LegoLand…you can’t go wrong!
Favorite Adventure Experience – Any kind of safari adventure because I absolutely love animals!
Favorite Relaxation Destination – Honestly, Universal Orlando Resort because it is my happy place and I always have the best vibes there!
Favorite Winter Destination – Orlando, Florida because I love the Orlando vibe and the weather is good
