All About Me
Hey everyone, I’m Chiao Ling! Born and raised in Taiwan, I’ve been traveling with my family for as long as I can remember. My parents instilled a love for adventure in me, taking us to places like Japan, Hong Kong, and China when I was just a kid. One of my earliest memories is visiting Tokyo Disneyland at the age of 10 – talk about magical!
Our family travels have always been diverse and exciting. I’ll never forget the time we explored the Great Wall of China, wandered through the Forbidden City, and marveled at the yellow river. We’re truly an international traveler family!
Nowadays, I’m passing on my passion for travel to my own kids. They’ve been jet-setting since they were babies! We’re especially big fans of Disney – you could say we’re Disney fanatics! We make it a point to visit Orlando, Florida, at least once a year for some Disney World and Universal Studios fun. And our favorite vacations? Definitely sailing with Disney Cruise Line. My kids practically grew up in the kids club onboard!
When I’m not at Disney, you’ll probably find me planning our next adventure – or helping friends plan theirs! They call me their personal travel planner, and I love it. While I specialize in Disney vacations (because who doesn’t want a sprinkle of pixie dust?), I’m also passionate about booking trips to other destinations, near and far. After all, adventure is out there, and I’m here to help you find it!
Oh, and did I mention my Stitch obsession? My house is basically a shrine to everyone’s favorite blue alien. I’ve got a whole room dedicated to Stitch – it’s my happy place!

Favorite Disney Destination – Disney Cruise Line to Alaska! We loved visiting glaciers and the whale watch excursion was amazing! We also spent a few days prior to the cruise in Vancouver to sightsee!
Favorite Disney Restaurant – Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs. Growing up, I watched Iron Chef in Taiwan and Chef Morimoto was my favorite chef on the show! His food is out of this world!
Favorite Disney Park – This is a hard one for me because I love each park for different reasons, from the rides to the food. If I had to pick just one, I would say Magic Kingdom because of Cinderella Castle.
Favorite Disney Attraction – Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Favorite Disney Snack – Crème brulee on Disney ships!
Favorite Disney Character – Stitch!!! (and Russell from Up because he reminds me of my youngest son)
Favorite Adult Vacation – Disney cruise… I don’t have to cook, clean, or worry about my kids
Favorite Family Vacation – Orlando, Florida because we love Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort!
Favorite Adventure Experience – Whale watching in Juneau, Alaska!
Favorite Relaxation Destination – Taiwan… I get to see my close family and friends, and I am able to just hangout and not have to worry about anything. I also get to each all of the delicious food that I cannot get in the States.
Favorite Winter Destination – Massanutten Resort… We have been taking the kids here to ski since they were young. It is our family tradition.
