How much are tickets for Halloween Horror Nights?
Halloween Horror Night prices vary depending on the date and location (Hollywood or Orlando). Generally speaking, pricing goes up the closer you get to Halloween. While you can purchase tickets at the gate, it is based on availability and many nights do sell out ahead of time. We highly recommend purchasing HHN tickets in advance for both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Hollywood locations.
Is Halloween Horror Nights Kid Friendly?
We are often asked if Halloween Horror Nights is age appropriate for kids or if it is too scary. While HHN is not an adults only event, officially it is not recommended for children under the age of 13 years old. This is due to intense theatrical effects, scare zones, and gory scenes. However, you know your child best. Favorite Grampy takes all his kids and grandkids each year, from 7 to 70 years old, and we have so much fun!

What date is Halloween Horror Nights? Is it every night?
Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights is not every night. It usually runs Wednesday through Sunday night. So far, we know that HHN’s opening night will be August 29, 2025. The last night for creepy fun will be November 2, 2025
Which park is Halloween Horror Nights located?
At Universal Orlando Resort, HHN can be found at the Universal Studios theme park. There are no HHN decorations at Islands of Adventure. Some years there may be limited time Halloween displays at select Universal Orlando Resort hotels in the lobby. These are generally less spooky than the actually HHN event. Be sure to watch for these unique photo opportunities!
