Hi, I’m Bethany – a Concierge Travel Planner with Favorite Grampy Travels and overall travel enthusiast! I’m always thinking of our next vacation destination while I’m technically still on a vacation!
I’m a proud wife, mom to two amazing daughters, and dog mom to two sweet pups—our family is always dreaming about our next adventure, especially when it involves the magic of Disney! Whether we’re rope-dropping to ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, racing through the parks to hit all the thrill rides, or closing out the night with fireworks and churros in hand, Disney has always been our favorite place to make memories.
As a seasoned Disney vacationer, I’ve experienced the parks through every lens—traveling with toddlers, school-aged kids, and now pre-teens and teens! I understand that every stage of childhood brings different needs and interests, and I love helping families create vacations that are truly tailored to everyone in the group. Favorite Disney Destination – Disney World because I love all the different themed lands throughout each individual park
Favorite Disney Park – If I have to narrow it down, I’d say Epcot because of all the different countries you can visit
Favorite Disney Restaurant – Be Our Guest in Magic Kingdom because I’ve always been a huge Beauty and the Beast fan!
Favorite Disney Attraction – Guardians of the Galaxy, hands down! I would ride that ride on a continuous loop if I could sweet talk the Cast Members into letting me stay on it that long!
Favorite Disney Snack – The popular answer is the Dole Whip but my most favorite snack is the Citrus Swirl which combines the vanilla soft-serve with orange juice, making it the best creamsicle you can find!
Favorite Disney Character – Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast… he’s full of charm with all of his French flair and quick wit!
Favorite Adult Destination – Any Sandals all-inclusive resort… a great place to indulge and relax all at the same time!
Favorite Family Destination – Disney World! As my kids have gotten older, it’s been so much fun to see how their experiences change with each trip we take.
Favorite Adventure Experience – We took a 10 day vacation and experienced all there was to do in the Southwest USA – Sedona, Arizona to the Grand Canyon to Colorado, then Utah and rounded out the trip in Vegas!
Favorite Relaxation Experience – The beach is my happy place and being so close to the Gulf makes it the perfect spur of the moment trip when I have the itch to travel.
Favorite Winter Destination – The mountains of North Georgia! We book at least one or two trips to a cabin in the mountains each year to relax, unplug and unwind. And who doesn’t love a good wood-burning fireplace!?
