My name is Amanda AKA Mindy and I am one of the Concierge Travel Planners with Favorite Grampy Travels. Traveling is my favorite hobby! I love exploring new places and have a hard time being just a resort girl and just sitting by the pool.

I love seeing everything in the area that I visit, hanging out with the locals, eating the local food, and even going to the local grocery stores. You would be surprised by how much you get from making the grocery store trip in other countries part of your plans!

I have traveled to all 50 states, Central America, Caribbean, Europe, and my family travels often! My parents were drivers and loved driving across the country and exploring places along the way. Their passion for travel is in my blood and now my kids as well.

I thought, why not share my knowledge and expertise with everyone else? People already ask me about places to eat, things to do, and what to see at many of these places! Now I am here to help others with their travel needs!

Favorite Disney Restaurant – The Boathouse at Disney Springs… I love sitting outside on the deck by the water and watching the Vintage Amphicars go out! I’ve never had a bad thing on the menu. Everything is good!
