All About Me
Hey there! I’m Devon, born and raised in South Carolina. I live in Greenville with my husband and son, where travel is our family’s passion. My son got his passport at just 18 months old for his first international trip to Jamaica, and now at 12, he’s explored the world. But our absolute favorite “world” to explore is Disney World!
Surprisingly, I only visited Disney World once as a kid, but since 2016, we’ve been 17 times, averaging three visits a year over the last four years. We love it so much that in 2021, we made it our “second home” by becoming Disney Vacation Club Members and Annual Passholders.
Disney has become our happy place, turning me into a Disney pro. Friends and family started coming to me for advice, and planning magical vacations became my passion.

Favorite Disney Destination – Walt Disney World because I love all of the options and no matter how many times you go, every trip is a new experience!
Favorite Disney Restaurant – California Grill during fireworks at Magic Kingdom… there’s no better magic than that!
Favorite Disney Park – EPCOT… it has my favorite ride, the BEST food of any park, it has the whole world in there and nothing beats a good festival.
Favorite Disney Attraction – Guardians of the Galaxy and it’s not even close. The music alone is worth it.
Favorite Disney Snack – Gaston’s Cinnamon Roll… it’s the biggest, gooiest, yummiest breakfast snack ever!
Favorite Disney Character – Figment… he was my favorite memory from my first trip when I was a kid and he is still my son’s favorite character. He’s pretty much “our dude”.
Favorite Disney Resort – Riviera Resort because it is our DVC home resort that we absolutely fell in love with. It has all the posh and pomp of a European retreat with a touch of Disney. Side bonus – the food is some of the best on property, the Skyliner is there, and the “standard” room has the view of Epcot fireworks!
Favorite Adult Destination – Las Vegas… whether it’s a couple’s retreat or a girl’s weekend, this is the spot!
Favorite Family Destination – Walt Disney World, of course! There is no better place that allows for more options for kids of all ages. The flexibility and offerings are unmatched.
Favorite Relaxation Destination – Praiano, Italy… a beautiful, lesser-known town on the Amalfi Coast and central to all of the more popular destinations in the area (and with the greatest food)!
Favorite Winter Destination– Cape Santa Maria in Long Island, Bahamas… it’s secluded, but laid back and for the adventurous. It’s also WARM YEAR ROUND and that’s what I need during the winter months!
Favorite Adventure Experience – South Africa… from safaris to beaches or vineyards to the mountains, it is the most naturally beautiful country and culture to explore!
